To All Scorers (Calculators)
From this year, it has been decided that the homologation file also needs to uploaded in the EMS.
You still need to upload the .HOM file via the Scoring Program to E&A and IWWF as you are used to – this is an extra procedure.
As of now, the EMS cannot accept the .hom file from the homologation program therefore you need to follow this procedure until EMS has been changed to accept .hom files.
- Have the homologator to ake a PDF file of the homologation file
- Go to the competition in question in EMS
- Select the Attachments tab
- Click New file
- File name: Homologation file
- File Category: Other
- Chose the PDF received from the homologator
- Click save
This procedure needs to be followed for competition regardless of the homologation level.
We will send out a notice when the EMS has been changed so the .hom file can be uploaded instead of the PDF file.
